DMCA Policy for Brussel Sprout Salad
Brussel Sprout Salad ("the Site," "we," "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, Brussel Sprout Salad will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Brussel Sprout Salad service and/or the Brussel Sprout Salad website (the "Service") if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of a Notice as described below, Brussel Sprout Salad will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the Site.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Provide details such as the title of the work, and if registered, the registration number. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity: Describe the material that you claim is infringing and where it is located on the Brussel Sprout Salad website with sufficient detail so that we can find it (e.g., URL of the specific page or post containing the material).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit Brussel Sprout Salad to contact you: This must include your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by submitting the following information in writing to our Designated Copyright Agent (see contact information below). Pursuant to the DMCA, the Counter-Notice must include substantially the following:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Provide the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Brussel Sprout Salad may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
